During our lunch today, my son started dipping his watermelon into the olive oil on his plate. I thought that it was really cute. This is an easy recipe that adds a lot of flavour and colour to any meal. Since it is made with fresh cranberries and honey, it is a healthy alternative to prepared cranberry sauce that is loaded with sugar. It has a nice tart taste that goes well with poultry or pork, and it can be used as a dip for chicken nuggets.  It is also delicious over banana coconut pancakes.
