My little one loves when I present a meal with food that is just his size. These sliders are delicious, nutritious, and a lot of fun to eat.
They are also a great way for us to incorporate more fish into our menu. Our family enjoys these salmon sliders as a light lunch or dinner.
What you need:
2 cans of salmon with skin and bones removed
1 Tb dill
What to do:
Combine ingredients together and form into small patties about two inches in diameter. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately twenty minutes until they are golden. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with sweet potato fries. Enjoy!
