Zucchini Quiche

Here is a quick breakfast recipe that is perfect for a summer morning. Not only is it easy to prepare, but it also can be served hot or cold.


This zucchini quiche has a light and refreshing taste and texture. Our Little Bear’s face lights up as soon as he sees this dish come out of the oven.

What you need:
6 eggs beaten
1 small zucchini shredded

What to do:
Combine egg and zucchini and placed in a greased 9×9 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes until set. Enjoy!
